Veg Pasta





Ingredients:
200 g pasta
onions- 1number (finely chopped)
beans -5 numbers
carrot-1 number
capsicum -2 numbers
tomatoes-6 number (2 tomatoes finely chopped 4 tomatoes mash them and make it into paste)
2 table spoon coriander
2 table spoon salt
1 table spoon Sugar
2 table spoon oil
1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
2 table spoon tomato sauce
1 table spoon chili sauce

Pepper Ajinomoto and salt
25 gms cheese



How to cook:

Boil water and add pasta , one spoon of oil and salt. Cook it for 8-10mins

Add 1 table spoon oil in pan add ginger garlic paste ,and salt and fry them till golden brown

Add all vegetables beans, carrot, capsicum to the onions.Then add tomato paste to vegetable. Then add tomato sauce and chili sauce . Cook it for some time.

Season with pepper, coriander , Ajinomoto , sugar and cheese and leave it for 3 mins. in medium heat

Mix the pasta and serve hot.
