palak paneer

Most tried and tested recipe .. :D



 Onions: 2 numbers

Tomatoes:1 numbers

Green chillies :3 numbers

Palak : 1 bunch

Ginger garlic paste: 1 Tea spoon

coriander powder :1 Table spoon

Red chilly powder : 1 Tea spoon

Gram Masala : 1 Tea Spoon

Oil : 2 Table spoons.

paneer :200 gms

salt to taste

Preparation:

Add  half a spoon of oil in the pan, add onions, green chilies , tomatoes  and palak

Sauté them in low flame till they turn soft and supple. Remove it from heat and cool it for a while

Make them a smooth paste . And keep it aside

Cut paneer into cubes.

Method:

Add a 1 and half spoon of oil

Add onion , tomato, green chillies and palak paste to it

Add salt and ginger garlic cook it for a while

Add paneer cubes, garam masala, coriander powder to it. Cook it for 7-10 mins

Your palak paneer ready to be serve

Tastes great with roti..
