Malai, muttar,mushroom curry
Mushroom -200 gms
Muttar (peas) -50 gms
Onions -2
Tomatoes -3
Ginger garlic paste -1tbsp
Green chillies -2
Cream- 1cup
Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp chopped

Coriander -1tbsp
Jeera powder -1 tbsp
Salt -1/2 tsp
Salt -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder -1/4 tsp
Garam masala -1/2 tsp

Method:
Cut mushroom into slices
Finely chop onions.
Grind ginger, green chilies and tomatoes.
Finely chop coriander leaves.
Heat ghee in a pan and fry onions until it turns pink.
Add salt and ginger garlic paste
Add tomatoes in it and cook till tomatoes soften
Then add mattar and mushroom.
Cook for 5 minutes and then add turmeric, red chilly powder, garam masala, coriander powder and Jeera powder.
Cook at low flame until mushroom softens. Then remove it from the flame.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
PS : Goes well with jeera roti....
