Ingredients
Onions -2
Tomatoes -2
Cauliflower- 200 gms
Green Chillies -2
Garam masala - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder -1tbsp
Chilly powder – 1tbsp
Cashew nuts – 100 gms
Curd – 2 tbsp
Cream – 1 cup
Cut onions into big chunks
Add a spoon of oil in the pan, add onions, green chilies
Sauté them in low flame till they turn soft and supple. Remove it from heat and cool it for a while
Make them a smooth paste
Add one spoon of oil in the pan, add the paste, salt, cauliflower and ginger garlic paste. Cook it for 5-7 mins
Later add 2 spoons of curd, mix it thoroughly
Add garam masala and coriander powder to it
After 2 mins add cream to the gravy…
Cook it for another 5 mins
Remove it from heat . Garnish with Coriander
