Quick Kheema Curry




Ingredients:

Kheema :1/2 Kg
Onions: 3 numbers
Tomatoes:3 numbers
Green chillies :2 numbers
Ginger garlic paste: 2 Tea spoons
coriander powder :1 Table spoon
Red chilly powder : 1 Tea spoon
Gram Masala : 1 Tea Spoon
Oil : 2 Table spoons.
Turmeric :1 Tea spoon
Salt : as per your taste

How to prepare:
Clean kheema . Add 1 tea spoon salt , 1 table spoon ginger garlic paste and 1 tea spoon of oil and cook in the cooker up to 5 whistles.

Once kheema is cooked. Remove it in a bowl. Drain the water into a separate bowl( u can make rasam out of the marinated water. Tastes amazing)

Take the cooker. Pour two table spoons of oil , Add onions, salt ginger garlic paste and tumeric powder and saute it till its turns golden.. Add tomatoes, coriander powder, Mutton masala, Green chilies, chilly powder let it get cooked for 3-4 mins

Then add kheema to it and close the lid of the cooker.

Cook it up to 3 whistles.

Once the cooker get cold. Your kheema curry is already to be served... :D
