Gongurra Royyalu Andhra special






Ingredients

2 bunches of gongurra (separate the leaves)
1/2 kg prawns (royyalu)
2 oninons
2 tomatoes ( optional)
2 table spoons oil
5 green chillies
1 table spoon turmeric powder
2 table spoons Ginger garlic paste
1 table spoon coriander powder
1 table spoon chilly powder
1 table spoon garam masala
salt

How to prepare:

Boil gonguura with 1 onion and 2 green chillies finely chopped for about 5 minutes

After that mash it into a fine paste and keep it aside

Apply ginger garlic paste , tumeric powder add salt to it and boil it for 5 mins.

Heat 2 table spoons oil in a pan .

Add onions , green chillies and tomatoes . Once tomatoes get softened add 1 table spoon ginger garlic paste , salt to it and saute it for a minute.

Add prawns and let it cook for sometime.

Once oil starts leaving in the corners , add 1 table spoon red chilly powder cook it for sometime.

later add the mashed gonguura to it.

Cook it for another 5 minutes.
