Kashmiri Bhindi



Ingredients:
½ Kilo Bhindi ( Ladies Finger)
1/2 table spoon Turmeric powder
1 table spoon aam chur powder (optional)

1 table spoon Red chili
1 table spoon Garam masala
3 table spoon ‘s Oil
Salt to taste

How to make Kashmiri Bhindi :

Cut Bhindi into halves.
Stuff turmeric powder, mango powder, red chili, garam masala and salt into sliced Bhindi and keep it aside
Add sliced Bhindi and fry it till it turns crisp.
Serve it with hot chapati and curd.
