Choco Mocha Cake
Ingredients:
1/2 Tin condensed Milk
1/2 cup milk, ,
1/2 cup butter
11/2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 cup maida
1/4 cup cocoa
3/4 tbsp level soda bicarb
3/4 tbsp level baking powder
1 tbsp vanilla essence
Mocha Icing
4 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp butter- softened
1 tbsp coffee
1 cup icing sugar- sifted
walnut/cashew/ badam for garnishing
1/4 cup any cola to soak
How to prepare:
Sift maida with cocoa ,soda-bicarb and baking powder. Keep aside
Mix sugar and butter , Beat till very fluffy. Add condensed milk, Beat well
Add milk ans vanilla essence.
Add maida, beat well for 3-4 minutes till the mixture is smooth and light. Transfer to a big , greased deep dish.
microwave for 5 minutes. Let it cool.
Cut cake into 2 & soak with cola
For icing boil 4 table spoons of water for an minute. Add cofee and mix
Add cocoa and butter to it and mix well.
Return to microwave at 70% power for 1 minute or till butter melts.Gradually add the sifted icing sugar. Mix well
Glaze the cake with the icing.Decorate with any dry fruit.
Refrigerate until glaze is set.
